Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Euro Parfums BV, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Netherlands:
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.
1 package weighing up to 20kg €8.70 excl. VAT.
International Orders:
Estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotions, or due to customs clearance for international shipments. Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order in accordance with our return guidelines.
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
Refunds will be issued once the return is inspected and approved.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
